COCOCHABEL FOOD TRADING was born from a simple experiment in the kitchen. Sheila, the founder, discovered the idea of creating crunchy garlic bits while looking for ways to enhance her family’s meals. Inspired by an old gift, she crafted her own aromatic garlic bits that captivated the taste buds of her husband and eldest daughter. Despite not being fans of garlic bits initially, they soon became devoted fans, insisting that it be a staple in every dish.

The success of Sheila’s creation spread beyond her family table. Her husband shared the garlic bits with his coworkers, who were equally impressed and prompted them to start fulfilling orders. What began with just five bottles quickly evolved as repeat orders poured in, indicating a growing demand for their unique product.

 Realizing the growing demand and untapped market potential, Cocochabel made a strategic decision in September 2017 to expand their reach.
